China Policy

In an increasingly complex global economy, SyncWise recognizes the ever-changing geopolitical landscape has a very real effect on international trade and presents considerable supply chain challenges, compliance complexities, and cybersecurity risks.

As a U.S. company, SyncWise takes these issues very seriously. To better serve our global customers, the SyncIoT division has implemented a No-China Policy for certain compliance measures and to reduce potential risks associated with: cybersecurity; tariff volatility, changing trade policies, diplomatic tensions, long logistic lead times and unexpected long-term shutdowns.

In the unlikely event SyncIoT is required to use a component sourced from China due to the absence of a viable alternative, Syncwise shall provide formal notice. The identified components will be documented for customer and partner review and approval.

Participation in this policy is optional for all customers and partners not bound by required compliance measures.

SyncWise may, at any time and without prior notice change or amend this policy.
